A selection of Rolex Submariner 16610LV “Kermit” watches for sale. The base model Rolex Submariner 16610 began production in 1989 and ended in 2010. This Rolex Kermit was introduced in 2003 as a limited edition celebration of the Submariner’s 50th anniversary. It proved such a great success it continued as a permanent model for a further 7 years.
The Kermit features a black dial with white dial hour markers and a date window at 3 o’clock. It’s distinguishing feature is it’s GREEN unidirectional dive time bezel. Like all the 16601 Submariner it is powered by automatic Calibre 3135 and was discontinued in 2010. It was replaced by the ALL GREEN Rolex Submariner HULK (116610LV) found here.
